Payment
All funds are available after the gifts have been processed and the funds cleared. Users may choose to be paid by check or electronically through Pay Pal. You may request a payment at anytime. All checks are sent by First Class US mail. The fee for mailing checks outside of the USA will be charged to you at the current US postal service rate and deducted from the gift money amount. If you requested payment by check, the checks will be sent to the address you provided. If you change your mailing address after you initially set up your account and do not update your personal information, we will not be responsible for the lost check. A new check can be issued but you will be charged a $29.00 stop payment fee. . We are not responsible or liable for any losses or hardships due to lost mail or untimely deliveries

If you choose Pay Pal as your form of payment your gift money will be sent electronically to Pay Pal through the information you provided us. Although we will make every effort to ensure that these transactions are processed timely we have no control of the gift money during this payment process. $8 Alcohol Server Training  and $8 Alcohol Server Training is not associated with PayPal, and we are not responsible or liable for any hardships or losses due to you choosing this service. Users are responsible to keep all personal information updated and correct. In the event of credit card or check fraud, the recipient will immediately return the gift money to the payee.

Modifications and Interruption to Service

Service Fees
There is no charge or set up fee to use this registry. There is a 9.97% service fee charged on all gift transactions.

Indemnity
Member agrees to indemnify and hold $8 Alcohol Server Training , $8 Alcohol Server Training, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Service using Member’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

Limitation of Liability

Registering Outside of the USA
You may register as your fund from outside of the USA but in order to be paid your gift money you must either have or establish a Pay Pal account (make sure that Pay Pal has the capability to convert US dollars to your currency) Or you will be sent a check in US currency with the cost of postage deducted from the gift amount. As a guest you may only purchase a gift by credit card. All amounts on this site are quoted in US dollars.
