Drink specials and “Happy Hours” must be offered throughout the entire business day, not just for a limited time period. There are no distinctions between happy hour, drink specials or promotions.
Licensees are prohibited from: · Giving away free drinks. · Offering two-for-one drink specials or promotions. · Offering a food and drink combo for a special price.
Local ordinances should be consulted for additional regulations.

Penalty for Serving and/or Selling Alcohol to a Minor: |
For the first offense: It is a misdemeanor that is punishable by a fine in the range of $500.00 to $1,000.00.
For any additional offense: It is a misdemeanor that is punishable by a fine in the range of $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 and/or up to 1 year in jail.
